Tus Olas is a full day workshop designed for young people (12-17) built around exploring resilience, identity, and story through a story exploration, creativity, and a whole lot of connection. It brings together experiential learning, trauma-informed care, and hands-on creative work into one day that asks something simple and something enormous at the same time: Who have you been? Who are you? Who do you want to be?

Your story isn't your full identity AND what's inside your story still shapes how you carry yourself in the world, whether you've ever gotten to look at it or not.

Tus Olas matters because so few of us ever get handed the tools to actually look at our own story. When given the opportunity to look at the threads of their own story there's real room to shift the cycles that keep people, families, whole communities stuck. That's not just something we believe. It's something research keeps confirming. When we give young people access to these tools and resources we are creating immense possibilities that have yet to be explored!

Our first pilot is happening on August 5th 2026 and is customized specifically for teenage girls, in partnership with Sal Y Roca. Custom in language, in design, in the way we show up and the way we care. This is a pilot, not a ceiling. The vision behind Tus Olas is bigger than one group or one day, it's built to grow and adapt for so many more young people who could use a day like this, wherever they are, whoever they are becoming.
